This company is fantastic. After our hot water heater blew and we couldn’t get the previous company we’d worked with to even consider coming out on a weekend, and then trying another company that literally advertises “same day hot water heater replacement”, I fortunately found Josh. He answered immediately on a Sunday morning, had someone out a couple of hours later to provide a temporary fix, and had the unit replaced by Monday.But where this company REALLY stood out is we had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, and didn’t necessarily make a lot of sense that it might have been connected to the hot water heater. A few months ago, my water heater went down on a Friday afternoon. Josh responded right away with a plan to have us back up and running the next day. These guys did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. I would highly recommend them! Great work, excellent people!
I texted DR Plumbing at 10:00pm and they responded immediately and had someone at my door 1st thing the next morning! So happy to find a reliable and honest company that I will definitely be using in the future! Highly recommend!
