I had a gift certificate that a friend purchased in December of 2024. It expires next month. I had my nails done and I gave them the certificate.They gave me a hard time at first (saying something about new management.) However, after I explained that despite new owners, they are legally obligated to honor a gift certificate - especially since the owner always inherits the ‘liabilities’ as well as the assets (ie regular customers ). I’m grateful they did the right thing.

I’ve been going here almost 10 years and always have superb treatment. They’re attentive to detail and have pride in their work. I’ve always been greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. I highly recommend!

Went to Diva nail yesterday for the first time and I loved it! My nails look beautiful and everyone was very nice! I had a new set of acrylic nails put on, and also the signature pedicure. I'll be going back to Diva next time as well.
