I’ve been going there a few years and find every single person I encounter is exceptional, from the people on the phone to lovely welcoming front desk staff Alyssa and Daena, Techs Angela, Amanda and Deanna, wonderful eyeglass consult and fittings by one-of-a-kind and very patient rep Jessica, and of course the expert comprehensive exam provided by O.D Janet Ogletree. I always feel like I am part of the family. Each staff member goes above and beyond to ensure every question is answered, any concerns I have resolved and that I feel confident that my care is extraordinary. I highly recommend this eye care practice as it is a step above the competition. I’ve already been to the ‘wrong’ eye care office. Ogletree cemented what it is like to be among top professionals who care about patient satisfaction. If they don’t carry the frame in a color in store they can show you the colors while you are here. I will continue to use them and left a satisfied customer!“
