“Both Jack and Billie despise people outside of family. For some reason they tolerate everyone here (emphasis on tolerate). As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.”
“My 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.”

“Really appreciate the whole team here, from a courteous and helpful front desk, to a knowledgeable and very friendly vet. I actually found them when I was calling around looking for a place to donate things after losing our dog and out of 6 local clinics, this was the only one that answered with compassion, sympathy, and let me know what they could take for donation or where I could take things. They had my business immediately when we adopted a cat almost 6 months later, and they've held that friendliness with every visit.”
