Wonderful experience! Patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and on time (actually earlier than scheduled which was great!) Took time to answer any and all questions. Really appreciated attention to detail and the red carpet rolled out at the front door and booties to keep our house clean. Very understanding of our situation and not pushy at all. Appreciated commitment to excellence and not cutting corners toward the best fix. Highly recommend!

Live Oak Plumbing is Awesome!! Don was on time, so nice, and got everything fixed I needed help with. He went out of his way to make sure it was done right. Also my dog liked him so that’s an always a good sign ;). I had a feeling the contractor who repaired our bathroom originally had been a little lazy with how they did the plumbing. Don confirmed that in a nice way which also told me Live Oak Plumbing is out to do the job the right way. Always a good thing to feel like you can trust a company to do the job right. I highly recommend and won’t hesitate to use Live Oak Plumbing again anytime I need something. If you need a plumber don’t search any further.

Don at Live Oak plumbing was awesome. They could get to me in record time. I had had a toilet replaced hot water heater checked and it shut off valve replaced. I definitely would recommend them.
