Since I was not in town yet, Jesse made the whole process simple and stress-free, from scheduling the appointment to getting the carpet cleaning completed on time. He even arrived early, kept us updated when he was on the way, and was very easy to work with. After the cleaning, the carpets looked fresh and almost like new, and the whole home smelled much cleaner too. The pricing was just what we expected, and paying over the phone was quick and convenient. i can’t say enough good things about the carpet and rug cleaning service. Super respectful, courteous, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their technicians were very professional and did a great job cleaning several area rugs, including one large rug with a deep steam cleaning. Caleb handled the rug pickup, delivery, and reinstallation with great care. Everything was very neat, and they paid close attention to detail. The team even taped the rug corners and took photos of the furniture placement so everything could be put back in the exact same spot.
