I took my military dress uniform in to be cleaned and to have some serious alterations done - it needed to be taken in almost 3 sizes. The young lady that helped me was completely transparent about the difficulty of the alterations, the length of time they would need and how busy they were. Despite being booked out to mid-September, they got my uniform done in under a week! The cleaning was fantastic and, although the alterations were not able to be done to the exact size needed, the work was clean and impeccable! We've determined I just need a new uniform due to the sizing. I will definitely use their services for all other cleaning and alterations
I love bringing my dog here! The team is super nice and always goes out of their way to be helpful. Every time we go, the trainers give us great, actionable tips that make training at home so much easier. Class availability is pretty good too, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
I took my two girls today and they did a great job! The salon was clean and quiet when we arrived and the girls went straight in, no problem. I want to take a moment to commend the blonde-haired woman at Southern Roots Salon in tega Cay l. Although I didn't catch her name, she displayed incredible bravery and quick thinking in a moment of crisis. When a gentleman's car began revving and eventually burst into flames, she sprang into action. Despite the danger, she managed to rescue the man trapped inside the burning vehicle by removing his seatbelt and pulling him to safety. Not stopping there, she grabbed a fire extinguisher from her salon and worked tirelessly to put out the blazing car, leaving a charred spot in the parking lot. This woman's heroic actions not only saved a life but also prevented further damage to her business. Her selfless act deserves recognition, and I am truly in awe of her courage, resourcefulness, and compassion for others. She is a local hero in every sense of the word.

This is a great local barbershop that isn't stuck in old barbershop ways. Customers can book their appointments online and pay and tip with a credit card or Apple Pay because who still carries cash these days? Joseph is a real pleasure to work with and he gives great haircuts. I'm so happy that I found this barbershop.

A great cut at a decent price (Under $25). No appointments needed, they are not trying to push booze on you and it would be a good place to take the kids.

I came to the Charlotte area for a high-tech job almost 10 years ago and spent a few years in the Supercuts wilderness getting cheap, crappy, amateurish cuts from high schoolers. About 5 years ago, after dropping off my car for an oil change I had an hour to kill. While perusing the local shops I discovered The Cut. I haven’t been back to Supercuts since.
I’ve gotten cuts from virtually everyone in the place and never been disappointed. Today I was sitting in the chair discussing sports cars and airsoft and random stuff with Keenan Jennings while he fixed me up and the conversation wandered over to my job and what quality means to my technology customers. And I realized The Cut is the perfect example of quality.
Quality means a service or product that surprises you at first for its excellence, and then, when you get used to it, they reliably keep on hitting that same high mark. The haircuts are perfect (I’ve been promoted twice since I started going there – coincidence? I think NOT). But that’s not all. The website they use for scheduling appointments is easy and reliable. The text message reminders are timely and very much appreciated. Are they ever late or do they ever cancel? – not that I recall. The cuts are perfect. The workers are professional, skilled and quick. Am I ever disappointed? Never.
I’ve gotten cuts from pretty much everyone there – Keenan, Kelly, Kevin, Sarah, Adriana – it doesn’t matter. They’re all excellent. Professional, on time, great results.
I’m 66 and have gotten a lot of haircuts in my life. As a child my dad would take me to an old-school barber on the airbase where he was a member of a cold war bomber crew. The barbers had crewcuts and military unit tattoos and talked football. As a young professional out of college I got a lot of crappy Supercuts trims. And during the pandemic I got sheared in the kitchen by my wife (better than supercuts). So it’s a pleasure to be back at a place that reminds me of the old school barbers (still have tattoos but also iPhones and social media) with the same reliable quality.

BTW. There is another “The Cut” in Charlotte. Never been there, but I am sure they are not as good as The Cut in Indian land. Don’t get it wrong.

The last place that I use to get my nails done has gone downhill a lot and I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done , so I thought I would give this place a try . BOY HOWDY I am sooo glad I did !!!! The place was clean and the people are so very friendly. Everyone made you feel welcome and right at home. The gentleman who did my pedicure, I do believe he said his name was Juan, was so nice, didn't rush, took his time and I even bumped my foot and messed 2 nails up and he just took care of it without complaint. I don’t write reviews but when I get overcharge I will. A few days ago I did a walk-in to get my acrylic nails removed and a basic manicure. They told me to come back in 3hrs due to being booked and busy. I completely understand and came back later. Upon arrival I was seated and a male started taking my nails off. He was friendly but didn’t remove all the acrylic. The next day the leftover acrylic is coming off with the paint and it’s chipping bad. This isn’t what is upsetting me though. Halfway through the service he gave me the price which was $39 in total with the 20% tip. He asked me to pay halfway through which I did. A few days later I looked at my account and I was charged $49. This service was not worth $49. I have reached out to them about this matter.

Called Star appliance when our 5 year old Lg refrigerator went out. Had waited two days for lg to send a repair company out and the other company never showed up. I called star and Sean was at our house that afternoon. He dealt with lg, handled the warranty and had the parts within a couple days. He came out, did the repair and checked on us after to make sure everything was was operating properly. Very pleased. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

I have been using Brian for carpet cleaning (light beige carpeting is the worst) for years and he always does a great job at a great price. I highly recommend Viking Hardwood for refinishing of existing and installation of new hardwood floors. The work on my home was completed this summer. New hardwood flooring in the master bedroom, 2nd floor hallway, stairs, and guest bed along with the refinish of the main floor living area transformed the look and feel of the house. Pricing was very fair. I would absolutely work with Oleg and his team again for other projects.

Julian’s Landscaping did an outstanding job installing our sod and building our Techno-Bloc paver patio. We hired Blue2Green Landscape to install drainage on both sides of our home after struggling with standing water and moisture getting into the crawlspace. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The owner was friendly, quick to schedule, and developed a smart, effective plan that completely solved our drainage issues — both outside and moister under the house.
He followed up after the next big rainfall to make sure everything was working as intended, and when we noticed some settling after a week of heavy rain, he came back promptly to correct it. I leave for on vacation this Sunday for two weeks and I wanted to try expanded floss for the first time. Well, pulling so hard thinking it's just stuck because my teeth are tight anyway and it's expanded so of course it's not going to easily pull out. No, I popped my permanent crown out. It's an old crown, 10 years old. I was so stressed out finding someone to put it back on last minute before the weekend. But also knowledgeable of TMJ and dealing with my closed locked jaw to where I can't open wide for procedures. She saw my post and reached out! It was a quick brief visit but I can tell I'm going to really love this dentist office and get my cleaning done here soon when I get back. Dr.Schraw was so sweet and great to talk too: eased my anxious-stressed out mind lol. Which I've been so stressed out going to a dentist office since my jaw locked problem. I can't wait to see how much she can help me and get my teeth back in shape. Highly recommend this place!

Couldn’t recommend them more! Started coming when my newborn was just over 4 weeks old! He was struggling with some belly issues and overall tension due to delivery. He has made my sweet baby overall more happy and visibly more comfortable! As hard as it is trusting someone with your new baby, he explained every step of the way and made it to where this has become a very important part of keeping our baby happy and healthy!
Dr Cooper and his staff are amazing! I’ve been a patient for a few year now and come for monthly maintenance which helps so much with keeping my chronic low back issues under control. He’s got a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable.

I went to McCartney with pain in my foot. I had my assumptions that it could be a broken toe, but, best to check with a specialist.
Dr. McCartney saw me promptly and was able to confirm my assumption with X-rays. Sutherland, at the front desk was warm and welcoming while also trying to keep me in a glass half full mindset.
Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. My wife has been going there for a while for adjustments. As soon as I had some discomfort, she said McCartney was where I needed to go. I booked the appointment same day and they reluctantly had an opening to slide me in.
Thank you Dr McCartney, Sutherland, and all staff. There's literally nothing you need to change.

Our boxer had a growth on her eye, and our regular vet couldn’t see us soon enough. Fort Mill Animal Hospital was able to get us in quickly for both the consultation and the surgery. We were incredibly impressed with the doctor. Not only was the surgery a success, but the results were amazing—it honestly looked like doggy plastic surgery. You can barely see the stitches. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and we’re actually glad our regular vet was booked because we had such a wonderful experience here. Will most likely transfer all 3 dogs to FM Animal Hospital!!

Never had a bad experience with y2 yoga I usually go to the one it’s Cotswold and have no issues I thought it wouldn’t be as bad it’s wasn’t the place that’s it’s the instructor name Abby Z I usually don’t have problems with instructors but her she plays the music to the max levels I got aggravated so I had to step out the room cause it gave me a headache she still playing it loud and yelling into the ear mic I couldn’t work out physically anymore cause how loud and obnoxious it is so it isn’t the place that’s bad it’s the instructor that’s annoying I even told her to turn it down she didn’t listen right after I got out so yea it’s not the place it’s the instructor. And I’m not trying to assume but there’s was definitely multiple people over her cause how loud it was the room was literally jumping. So overall the place it’s fine but I rather go to Cotswold but the instructor needs to stop yelling and making things level 100

I’ve been traveling and scheduled a massage here and it was amazing. The host was very friendly and the massage therapist Kiki was so very good. She solved my sore tight shoulders and then just relaxed litterly my whole body. I might even go back while I’m in town. Highly recommend.
I only come to Fort Mill every once in awhile for my daughter's rehearsals and I found this place to pass the time when I wait for her. Such a convenient and gem of a find! Kiki is fabulous and she really pays attention to your sore spots. Very professional and she will customize to your needs. No bells and whistles, just straight up massage. I got a 60-minute body and 60 minute foot and definitely feel stretched and relaxed. Also, I really like the fact that they use the entire time allotted. No cutting corners. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
Leslie was absolutely phenomenal! She kept me comfortable to the point that I almost fell asleep. I rarely can get that relaxed during a massage, but between the ambiance and the level of pressure, it was perfect and just what I needed at 35 weeks preggo. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
I had my first massage with Ron this week and it was everything I hoped for. He is very experienced in therapeutic massage as well as Thai massage. He was very articulate in explaining each technique he uses and why. It was very clear how much he loves the work that he does and how it helps his clients. I felt very comfortable throughout the session and already booked my next one! I would highly recommend Ron to anyone who has a history of therapeutic massage or is new to the process.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zack today. He's cultured and well educated in Western, TCM and alternative medicine. In addition to relaxing my body tension by giving the most amazing massage, he provided educational insight on my back pain/ joint soreness. He also identified stretches that I can do at home and recommended orthotics to keep my body aligned. Zack is professional, attentive, and genuinely skilled. He listened to what I needed and delivered beyond expectations.

I was struggling with shoulder pain for a couple of years. I have tried everything from physical therapy, icing daily and all types of stretches and exercises to mitigate the pain. Ultimately, I just assumed it was a new way of life…. Until I started seeing Christin that is. After the first session, my shoulder pain significantly reduced and the pain totally went away after seeing Christin consistently and following all of her suggestions. We worked on my posture, sleeping habits, standing and even walking habits. Christin has enabled me to start lifting weights again and I experience no pain during lifting or during recovery. I am very grateful for Christin and I highly recommend everyone to go see her; especially if you’re experiencing shoulder pain!

The chair massage was good. The man was very heavy handed but I needed that extra pressure especially on my shoulders. He did check in with me a couple times to ask if I was ok. The foot massage was quick but relaxing. No foot soak on the 30 min.
It was very cold inside and I was thankful for the blanket they provided and how he kept my legs and feet covered up.
The service is advertised as $60 both in store and online but when I went to pay (in cash) she told me $65. I gave $60 and she just looked at me and said $65. Not sure why but I guess double check your pricing before your service.
Overall it was a good experience.
