Papillon Hair Design is a darling salon, a true gem tucked away near downtown Fort Mill. It is a place that truly cares about its clients, where everybody is very friendly, kind, warm, welcoming, and professional. Clients feel at home and at ease, often greeted by both stylists and other clients. The stylists are amazing, know what they are doing, and take excellent care of their clients. They listen, discuss what clients want, and take pride in their profession, providing perfect haircuts and color. They are skilled at correcting damaged or unsatisfactory hair from other salons, offering beautiful dimensional color and layered cuts that make clients feel like themselves again. The owner is wonderful, ensuring excellent care for both clients and staff. It is a beloved, hidden gem where clients feel happy, look amazing, and find a stylist they can call home.
This hair salon is the best. BJ is the best stylist I've ever gone to..Yawl are an A+ in my book...
They listen!!!! They really do. Instead of getting sorta what you wanted, they get it right. They are so good it may take a while to get an appointment but it so worth the wait.

I have been looking for a new hair stylist for a couple of years now & drive by this place all of the time, but it didn't dawn on me that it was a hair salon until I looked a little bit closer, at the sign, out front (I feel kind of stupid, now). I did some research & saw that they had great reviews, so I decided to check them out. I have to say, I am so glad that I gave them a chance. BJ was AMAZING & all of the other hair stylists were super nice! I told BJ what I wanted & showed her some pictures - she cut my hair absolutely perfect! Now, I don't have to look anymore for a new stylist & they're right around the corner from my house! I am so happy with my hair & have already gotten many compliments, even after only a couple of days. So, if you're in this area & are looking for a new stylist, go check them out!
