Jamie is always a pleasure to speak with. Whether it be in person or over the phone. Always more than willing to help and extremely attentive to you and your pets needs. She’s very personable and kind. That’s exactly what a pet parent needs when they’re stressed and looking for solutions. You can tell she truly cares. That’s not easy to find in customer service. Kudos to Palmetto for striking gold with her!

Absolutely a quality pet care establishment. From the front-end to doctor services, care for your fury family member is evident. I am quite pleased with Dr. V. Dollo's sensitivity to my needs as the payor and my dog's wellness. I have found Palmetto Pet Hospital consistent for the past 3 years in doctor to patient's services. Most recent sick visit was 7/30/26.
