“If Diogenes and his lantern ever come to Charlotte looking for an honest man, they should go straight to John. I asked him to inspect my home’s crawl space and let me know of any problems that needed to be addressed. After doing the inspection he informed me (gasp!!!) that everything was fine and no work was needed. “If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. Once done inspecting he reached out via phone to update me with what transpired during the appointment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful!
