Not an expected. Beds were older and not heated and rooms were outdated. We requested a couple massage and were separated . Not a traditional massage uncomfortable to say the least and .price was quoted before I booked and they charged more .

Just had a 90 min massage here. The massage was fine though not amazing. First, there were multiple up sell attempts which were annoying given the language barrier. Extra cost for hard pressure, extra cost for different oils, etc. At least 4 or 5 options which took up massage time. Also my therapist seemed distracted. She left the room at least 5 times and had several short conversations with another employee who stood just outside the door. My therapist even spent a few minutes sending a text on the phone. As a result of all of this, it took away time and made me just want it to be over. Not relaxing at all. I won't repeat.

Naya Naya is a class spa with attentive staff who make you welcome and comfortable. Their facilities are immaculate, the beds are cozy and even heated in on cold days. It is a delightful treat to give yourself over to these special ladies
