Michael & Son was exceptional from start to finish. I spoke to Lee at 1PM and by 5PM the same day Navell Brown fixed the shower leak. Mr Brown was very professional and friendly. Super nice guy with a great sense of humor.
The price was competitively priced and reasonable. Their communications were exceptional. They kept me informed by text and phone on timing of service. Super clean and gave me valuable tips on future maintenance repairs. I highly recommend Michael & Son Services!!
Ryan was very helpful. He repaired my emergency problem very quickly. He came out the same day that I asked for service because we had to shut our water off. Only reason I gave it four stars was because it was a little pricey for what he had to do.
Lal Zuala did a fantastic job getting my two bathroom sinks unclogged! He was professional, friendly, communicative, on time, walked me through the process, showed me what was causing the clog. I was shocked to see the clog was caused by an Allen Wrench and a wad of my hair! Kept a very clean work area, cleaned up his work area and properly disposed of the Allen wrench and wad of hair.
I thought $510.00 was too much money to spend on unclogging two sinks but I needed them unclogged to use them.
