I've been a loyal customer here ever since they opened, first with Pam (who moved to Georgia) and now with Richie, the owner - both superb master stylists. Richie's cuts are impeccable and stay in shape even as the style grows out. I've done color and highlights in the past, but am now a beautiful salt and pepper that Richie know exactly how to work with. Don't be shy to tell him what you're looking for - he'll let you know if it'll work with your hair. I love his work and walk out feeling great! And the ladies at the reception are very friendly too! “This salon is the BEST! I went on a whim for my birthday and was not disappointed. They were able to take me as a walk-in with no appointment and were so friendly from the moment I walked in. The polish is the most organized I’ve ever seen - with the colors grouped together with options for regular, gel, or dip polish. They have almost every color imaginable and give you as much time as you want to browse the colors and decide. The salon is clean and comfortable. I had a manicure and pedicure and both turned out incredible. It wasn’t rushed and the staff spends a lot of time to make sure your nails turn out beautifully. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve had them done with regular polish and they’ve barely chipped at all. I can’t wait to go back again!“

“5 stars for Salon South!! Chelsea did an amazing job on my extensions. I went from 5 rows on my head with a previous stylist to 2, with the exact same thickness and volume!!! They are so flat that I can barely even feel the rows when I rub my head. She takes her time and is a perfectionist which I love and what made the experience that much more enjoyable. I’ve been getting extensions for over 15 years, and I can confidently say she’s installed them the best. Already booked my next appt!“
