Never had a bad experience with y2 yoga I usually go to the one it’s Cotswold and have no issues I thought it wouldn’t be as bad it’s wasn’t the place that’s it’s the instructor name Abby Z I usually don’t have problems with instructors but her she plays the music to the max levels I got aggravated so I had to step out the room cause it gave me a headache she still playing it loud and yelling into the ear mic I couldn’t work out physically anymore cause how loud and obnoxious it is so it isn’t the place that’s bad it’s the instructor that’s annoying I even told her to turn it down she didn’t listen right after I got out so yea it’s not the place it’s the instructor. And I’m not trying to assume but there’s was definitely multiple people over her cause how loud it was the room was literally jumping. So overall the place it’s fine but I rather go to Cotswold but the instructor needs to stop yelling and making things level 100
Sorry it wasn’t Brook it was Abby

Y2 is by far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the privilege of practicing here for 2 years and it has truly changed my life. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and excited about teaching. I’ve only gone to the Kingsley location and have always found it clean, bright, fun, and fantastic. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

I just signed up and have attended several classes at the Fort Mill location. I have a lot of injuries from the military and bodybuilding so I decided to try hot yoga as it is supposed to help with injuries. I absolutely loved the classes, I was able to fully participate without any pain. The chronic pain I usually feel has started to subside and has improved my happiness by tons!! I would highly recommend Y2 for everyone, especially those who want to prevent weightlifting injuries.
