Today, panic struck when my daughter noticed my cat's claw had grown into his paw pad. I felt so bad and showed up at the facility around 5pm. Khori and the doctor we saw today were AMAZING. The doctor also caught that my little old fella had a heart murmur. While the Dr. was good at explaining everything to me, Khori circled back to answer all my questions once I had time to process all of the information. They made the perfect team. Khori kept it professional, but light while the doctor (who seemed extremely smart and passionate) served the facts and the options. I Took my dog to urgent vet. It was our first time being there and I must say the customer service was excellent. They did a great job with taking care of my dog Oreo. I was really pleased with their service although it was something that wasn’t expected the cost of the service wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. hopefully, I don’t have to go there however, if I ever need their service again, I definitely am going to go back. They are highly recommended by me. Oreo was pleased as well.
