Called Star appliance when our 5 year old Lg refrigerator went out. Had waited two days for lg to send a repair company out and the other company never showed up. I called star and Sean was at our house that afternoon. He dealt with lg, handled the warranty and had the parts within a couple days. He came out, did the repair and checked on us after to make sure everything was was operating properly. Very pleased. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
Today we replaced my garbage disposal. I think it was the fifth time I called Sean in the past six years. They are competent and price is sensible, but I always call Star because I trust them.
