Customers describe the team as awesome, extremely professional, reliable, and hard working. When one AC would not blow out cold air, the tech came out to diagnose the issue and explained everything thoroughly, giving all the different options and answering all questions. The team was able to get cold air during an extremely hot summer in no time, and a new system was installed and up and running just in time for a heatwave. One customer had a negative experience due to a miscommunication, but the service department promptly rectified the issue within a couple of hours, and the air conditioning system is now functioning optimally. The owner articulates the diagnosis then explains the process to a resolution. The crew executes the job accurately and completely. Right Guys Heating & Air is highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
We called Right Guys this afternoon for an issue with our AC unit. In the same day we had Andrew come out to help us. He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and efficient with his work. He was able to identify the issue with the primary drain pipe and solved it for us! Might be one of the best service calls we’ve ever had. The pricing was fair and honest, we’ll definitely be calling for Andrew again!
