Our experience from the sales process to the consultation, design and build Edgewater was amazing. Communicated clear expectations and met everyone of them. They delivered beyond what they promised in exactly the time frame they promised. The finished product is amazing. Mike was straightforward and clear in the sales process, Jaffar was amazing as our project supervisor, Amy was always keeping us up to date and Rick was always responsive and on top of our project.Thanks to the entire team for turning our yard into an oasis.

Three years ago, we purchased our pool and Edgewater was instrumental from design to installation, delivering exceptional service throughout. Their commitment didn't stop there; even after 3 years and 1 month, when our actuator failed, Edgewater went above and beyond by replacing it, despite no obligation to do so. Their customer service has been outstanding, reflecting their dedication to maintaining a positive reputation.
