My first year with this dentist office having changed because of insurance. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr Ellen Hart is personable, professional and easy to work with. The firm charges fair prices and listens to your priorities. I am extremely happy with being their client.
We have been going here for years and we have always had a great experience. Kind, thoughtful and pleasant staff, dental hygienist and dentist. Check them out, you will be glad you did.
Dentist and Dental hygenist were pleasant and knowledgeable. Front desk failed to see my email weeks in advance with copy of my insurance card to verify costs so still don't know what I will be billed for. Also, due to no insurance confirmation, front desk said don't need to do xrays but then was told by hygenist they must have xrays to proceed and how much they would be if have to pay for them. Overall, would still recommend as a good dentist, just need to be more thorough and efficient with all front desk and insurance needs.
