Chase is always thorough, personable and knowledgeable. There was a scheduling glitch (not his fault), but Chase still took care of us without issue as always. He’s the best! The 4 stars are for him only.
I do NOT like the hoops of the customer service center. Automatically dealing with a bot when you call is the worst. I appreciate Jillian for her help today when I finally got through. Overall, I miss Wolfpack.
We love our service with lookout but we are so blessed to have Robert as our technician- he really goes above and beyond to make sure our house stays pest free. It really means the world to us since we have a 15 month old who loves getting into everything! I definitely rest easier knowing we are in great hands. Thank you Robert!
Rome was extremely informative and patient with my grandson, who had A LOT of questions. 😂 He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why. I really appreciated how he made sure my grandson understood everything instead of just rushing through the process. Great customer service and a great experience!
