Management is great, I would highly recommend. Only advice is take your time when you choose a location. Make sure it encompasses other things you are seeking for your ideal environment.
Whitney Patrice does an excellent job! I love that when she trims my hair it doesn't look like I've had a haircut. She pays attention to detail and listens to you. Love her!
