Feb. 2024Laundry room drain was backing up. First plumber told me the pipe was cracked and he'd have to break the tiles and replace the pipe. Called Doctor Drain for a second opinion. Alex came within an hour and ran a plumbing fish down the drain and presto the clog was fixed. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend!I called Dr. Drain and Duchesne at 8:00am Monday morning they arrived at 8:30am. After using the inspection camera, Alex was able to troubleshoot the problem and figure out the drain snake was stuck on the cover of the back water valve. Alex and Bobby resolved the problem very efficiently and effectively. I would call them again for any future plumbing issue.
