Starting with Vanessa (Receptionist), she is welcoming, friendly and an expert that always has answers to all of my insurance questions. Next up we have Maria (Hygienist), professional, competent, patient in explaining every step with me with a touch of sweetness and class. Last but not least, Dr. Malouf (Dentist), who has a painless anesthesia technique, amazing at his craft and a trust worthy Dentist when it comes to any recommendations he suggests. I have been a patient for 2 years. The clinic is clean, bright and spacious. The array of services is better than expected. Everyone is professional, courteous, efficient. I recommend without reservations.

I had the misfortune of breaking a front tooth while enroute to Montreal for a business trip. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge without hesitation recommended Dentistes Sur Drummond, which he advised were his personal dentists. I could not have been treated better and with more kindness by everyone at this clinic. Dr. Doucet and her cheerful and competent staff opened up approximately 4-5 hours of her busy schedule for me to ensure I was presentable for my meeting the next day. She even stayed after-hours on a Friday to finish the procedure. I was treated like a friend, instead of a patient.
