I went to get two services done with Chloe. The first thing I noticed was the space, so welcoming and relaxing. Inspiring ! I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. Always wanted to try a PMU eyeliner and took it as a sign when Chloe was looking for models for her students. It was the funnest experience!
