We had a serious kitchen drain problem, as well the sink caving in, in June on a Friday afternoon. James came over the same day, took out the sink, cleaned and reglued, etc. Returned the next day to finish and work on the drains over several hours. Very professional, personable, and cleaned up nicely after each job. Would definitely use this service again!
What luck, to find a plumber like James after moving into our new home in NDG. So thorough, explains everything, completely honest, knows all there is to know, will never do anything unnecessary, and he cared about our place -- you can tell that it's more than just a job that he wants to get over with and move on. You can see he cares about the people and the place. We suddenly had two pipes leaking within one week, and he came right away and did a great job replacing the pipes (and all was so neat and clean when he left) and the price was very, very reasonable. We found water pooling under the hot water tank. James came after hours, was able to identify that the issue was the boiler, and recommemded a great company that could help us with that. Highly recommend!
