After searching for new/used phones, I found that the cost of repairs I needed would have added up to the same cost or less than buying the same phone model used. To buy a refurbished phone of the exact same model would have been double the cost or more. Over the last year I had been quoted at various places for the screen repair, and this place is definitely very competitive in pricing. I am very pleased with the quality of the parts (OLED, back glass, battery, tempered glass screen protector). The rear glass was a genuine apple part, OLED not genuine apple but of exceptional quality. Since they did not have my colour of back glass in stock, I only waited an extra day to order in the colour I wanted which was the same as the original. Otherwise, the repair would have been done the same day. The customer service is exceptional and pricing is very transparent on their well-designed website system where you can select the repair parts to receive an instant quote and reserve an appointment.“
