At reception, the hostess was on her cell phone while her colleague was busy with a customer. Same thing when I spoke to the counter before leaving... This is not what one would consider an adequate welcome. BUT! Once that stage was over, it was great.Fortunately, with the other professionals who took care of me afterwards, I was treated very well.It was a joy to have been scrubbed by Nadia in the hammam. She is attentive and efficient. Fabulous experience!Youssera, at the massage, has fairy fingers! I had a makeover this evening at the Zinabelle hammam, thank you all for your warm welcome, your professionalism and for the Moroccan tea and biscuits ?! Next time, I'll finish with some styling.. ?

Thank you Dr Serar for your attention and your great advice ,for my stomach problem . The diet you prescribed was a miracle ,it was strict but it saved me from stomach ach and anxiety.. .I recommend Zinabelle to everyone who wants to regain their health like in my situation .
