They not only corrected the error, but also compensated me by providing me with a free manual key with electronic fingerprint worth over $200.00. My FIL was in town for a couple of days and had to move his car from a school zone and, of course, he was locked out of his car. Autokey truly saved the day for us. Would call again in an emergency, definitely.

Wonderful - they actually gave me a cheaper way to solve my problem instead of over charging. Honesty at its best! Would definitely trust them in the future for any other lock related issues.
