Truly an excellent experience. I brought my elderly aunt's long-haired rascal to be shaved because he'd built up some knots, and while she was doubtful anyone would be able to shave him without earning a few battle scars, I'm happy to say I've never seen him so well behaved.
From the moment we had him out of the crate, they were attentive to his needs and kept a watchful eye on him throughout the whole process. His nails were trimmed in seconds (a harrowing process requiring two people, lots of hissing, and plenty of growling at home) and he didn't make a peep. Nick is the best. Very professional, skilled and quick. Most importantly has a very calm energy that keeps my anxious rescue relaxed. 20mins from welcome to shave, claw clipping, full brush out (on a big thick furred beast), face cleaning and payment. Always impressed with the service here. Excellent value for price as well. Thank you Nick, Bruce is happy. So am I.
This was our first time at Felinus, but certainly not our last! Our cat is usually nervous around people and never lets herself gets groomed, or even touched by strangers (she won’t even let us trim her nails at home). To my surprise, she was very much at ease with the team at Felinus, the whole thing took less than 30 minutes with absolutely zero chaos, it was amazing to see. Will definitely be bringing our cat back there and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to have their kitties pampered. Thank you Felinus team !
