“Absolutely love every interactions I had with them (over the phone or in person). The staff is so helpful, compasisonate, lovely and kind. The veterinarians & technicians are also really welcoming, lovely, experienced. You can really feel the love and respect they have for animals ✨️ & they are always willing to help with anything. I felt like all my questions were welcomed and the vet took his time to really answer and give me the necessary details about treatments, next steps, options available and explanations of diagnosis. The approach he used to simply connect with my fur babies before even going into their medical exam told me everything....They truly care. I was never rushed also which made the whole experience so lovely. Absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a vet clinic! They are probably the best in town in my opinion.“

I had to wait a little during my lunch break and mentioned I was hungry, and the receptionist offered me a granola bar and a bubbly water. Such a thoughtful gesture. They truly care about their patients and their humans too ❤️ We would never change vets for our 3 cats that we love so much.“

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Chats Montreal including Dr. Nadine Desautels, Mara and Janet. It shows that they truly care about animals; when our cat was sick recently, they checked in by phone many times to ensure the treatment was working well. They also correctly identified the gender of our cat which had been sterilized and misgendered for the first 10 years of its life. Vet services are in general pricey, that’s the sad reality of having a pet but I find their services top notch quality and extremely empathetic and caring. Would recommend to anyone with a cat on the island of Montreal.“
