While we did experience a few issues with the initial closet installation, the team handled them professionally and came back to correct most of the concerns. A couple of the remaining imperfections were factory-related and couldn’t be resolved, but they are subtle and only noticeable if you are specifically looking for them. They also offered us a discount for those factory issues, which we genuinely appreciated.

One thing that truly stood out was their respect for timelines. Simple Space was very particular about their deadlines, and everything was completed exactly when promised—with no delays. That level of reliability made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The customer service I received was incredible. The staff members and owner (I wish I caught their names!) was exceptionally helpful, patient, and demonstrated an impressive depth of product knowledge.
