They did an investigation and quote on short notice before the holidays costing $300. They were honest that they did not like opening up walls. When they decided to not take the job, they refunded me the $300, even though they were not legally obliged to do so. The communication was excellent and I am very happy to have the money as every penny counts these days.
Called today and as promised within an hour the plumber arrived. Mike was courteous, looked at the problem and the frozen pipes were replaced in no time. The job was done professionaly and very clean. I recommend plomberie 5 Étoiles.
