A 15 minute chat with them and I understand why they have 5 stars on average! Super helpful, honestly he gave me tons of advice over the phone. He described to me all the parameters of a good floor installation and I see that they know that.It's a shame that my situation ultimately didn't require their services, they were honest about that, but if I have a flooring job to do eventually it will be with them for sure.
