I’ve been going to Lily for about 2 years now. She has helped me with so many different issues. Of course she can help with aches and pains and muscle soreness, but she has also helped me balance my hormones and get rid of cystic acne!! As well as helping with circulatory issues in my lower legs. She helps with sleep, digestion, overall health. Every treatment is holistic taking into account the big picture. Her herbology has been very effective for me as well and I love being able to rely on a natural approach to wellness. I went to Lily for my first ever acupuncture appointment and I’m so over the moon with the results and the relief I received from my various issues. I saw her for MCAS related hive flare ups, all over internal inflammation (gut issues) and PCOS issues and I feel a difference since my first session!
