Exterminatek offers outstanding service with a quick execution speed and excellent advice. They are skilled in installing prevention systems while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Their customer service, both on calls and through their chat/text system, is commendable - courteous, polite, and easy to resolve questions with. The home service also meets expectations with courtesy and professionalism. Exterminatek is highly recommended.
So far, so good. I was told that it might take upwards of a week to see that the wasps were gone. The technician, Alexandre Masse, was very knowledgeable and professional, and as he applied the powder, a huge number of wasps exited the nest, wondering what to do now. This morning, 12 hours after the treatment, there were a few wasps buzzing around wondering what to do now that their nest had been covered in powder. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow but to this point, I expect the wasps to have found somewhere else to live very soon. Great job M. Masse and great job Exterminatek!
