“I’m giving this salon 4 stars because I want to support a local business, but unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with my experience and won’t be coming back.
When I arrived, my appointment started about 20 minutes late. I understand that delays can happen and even 10 minutes is reasonable, but when someone books a specific time, it should be respected. It felt like the salon was trying to bring in as many clients as possible, starting services just enough so people wouldn’t leave, but then making them wait around.
My technician was already handling another customer who hadn’t even begun her service yet, so she had to go back and forth between both of us until another artist arrived. Even after that, the second artist was also working on two clients at the same time. This made the whole experience feel rushed and disorganized, and it ended up taking much longer than it should have.
As for the nails themselves, I asked for an almond shape, but they don’t all match and the overall result isn’t consistent.
I appreciate the effort and understand that things can get busy, but the quality and experience didn’t meet my expectations“
