Seeing Dr Cai was an experience in self love and self care. His attentiveness to my account and physical placement of the problem at the beginning of each session, the quiet luxury of his space, the focused needle work on the table and relaxing soft music and dim lights, all contributed to a feeling of peace and recovery.
