In regards to a costume that was brought in for cleaning earlier this year. I brought it in and unfortunately when it was returned the costumes colors had run and damaged the white colored part of the costume. It was sent back and to my dismay, it could not be salvaged. Carla who works the Exeter store was so helpful that I knew the situation was in good hands. After realizing that it was a bit more for both of us to handle, she reached out to the office for guidance. It was at this point that Mickey Roeberg stepped in and started to communicate with me directly, even providing me with a line of direct contact to him....The owner of the company doing this for me ! After a few more attempts to remedy the problem with the costume we both gave up any hopes of fixing it. Mr. Roeberg stepped up to the plate and and handled the situation personally and provided me with the means of replacing the costume with a very good replacement. The staff, communication from Mr. Roeberg and the overall experience with your company will continue to keep me as a customer. I don’t usually write reviews but for this service I had too! My hair was very nappy from leaving a style in longer then I should’ve and the stylist who washed my hair did an amazing job at detangling it, I’m not tender-headed but even if I was she did the best she could to avoid it from hurting. Another great thing is they are very affordable! Other Dominican hair salons in the area are very expensive. I finally found a salon in Reading that I can go to for my wash and sets. Highly recommend!

Ive been here intermittently over the years. The club is the best ive seen it. Due to an upcoming trip I wanted to sign up for a membership and I met Lori. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She showed me all the new things since I had been there last. I would highly recommend it here. Lori is a very good choice for manager of the store as well!

So the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of how busy they are and how long wait times are. That's the major downside. Everything else is amazing. They are a small family owned business. It's literally a husband and wife that do nails so you won't exactly be in and out with only 2 workers. They are very clean, very friendly and professional. The wife does awesome eyebrows and husband does the most amazing and cute designs. Unlike MOST nail salons, they will not deny any special requests for designs. I asked for ninja turtle nails and he took over an hour on my hands and toes not rushing even with a full waiting room. Absolutely love them!

I cannot recommend Flowy enough. She is amazing!! I have been seeing a dermatologist going on 2 1/2 years for cystic back acne and in just the first visit with Flowy my back felt fantastic!! Also had a facial( loved it) . My skin felt so fresh and tingly. I just had my 2nd face and back facial( were a few trouble spots on back)12 weeks after my first visit. I wish I had known about Flowy years ago . I got much better results and felt much more at ease with Flowy than after my Dr. visits. She is so welcoming and friendly and her knowledge of skin care and her products she uses are amazing. Will be back that’s for sure.

Victoria is so sweet and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and throughout my tattoo appointment. It wasn’t rushed, and we talked a lot about art since I saw some of her own paintings displayed, and I enjoy painting as well. Overall I loved the atmosphere of her studio, and after it was so nice talking to her and her husband. I would recommend getting a tattoo by her, especially if it involves animals (she’s not limited to that, but I saw some photos of her work and it’s incredible). Mine was a simple touch up from a tattoo that faded years ago. My tattoo looks a lot cleaner now and I am very happy with it.
Also wanted to mention in her studio she offers a painting course (animals/pet portraits) and I thought that was such a neat idea and will sign up for one in the future! Thank you Victoria!

I got my Madonna piercing, and it looks fantastic. I have been going to this tattoo shop for years, and I have no problem with anyone. Before it used to be fun and loud, now is quiet because there’s only one person doing the tattoos. Overall is good.

Brittany and Sean were so great to work with! I have had a hard time finding reliable plumbers in Reading, but I finally have one. Brittany made scheduling super easy and was so responsive. Sean was pretty thorough in looking at our toilet, provided a reasonable estimate, and took the time to explain how he would fix it. He also came back a few days later reinstall our toilet after cement dried, which was not part of the original scope of work. Great people and great workers. I’ll absolutely use them again!
Edit 7/13/2026: I’ve called Freedom two more times since my first review, and each experience has been just as exceptional. Earlier this summer, we had some HVAC issues, and Brittany and Griff were incredibly responsive and thorough. We also hired him to relocate our condenser so other contractors could complete work on the house and everything went seamlessly.

My sewer basement backed up and was not sure what to do. I called them in the morning and they responded the same day and were in my house in about 1 hour after another job they were on. When they arrived and diasgonosed the issue immediately and cleared my clogged sewer in about less than 20mins. I highly recommend and will contact them again in the future. Also they are well priced for the service.

Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept! I now have a new tank, new pump, and--most importantly--running water! I am composing this not even 48 hours after the issue crept up. Did I mention the entire invoice total was much less than we feared/anticipated? I'm just sorry I couldn't thank him in person after the job was done because I had to scurry off to work, but I am so very grateful <3

Tried to install an outdoor garage light on the weekend. When I turned the breaker back on, it would just keep tripping. We had installed wall sconces and they weren't working. I’ve used Weidner Sweigart Electric & More for several projects across my property, and they’ve been fantastic every time. They wired my entire basement, made electrical upgrades to my cabin, and even ran a full 100‑amp service to my barn nearly 500 feet from the house. Every job has been done professionally, cleanly, and with great communication. They’re easy to work with and consistently reliable. Highly recommend them for any electrical work in the area.
The team at Berks Fire & Water were fantastic! They responded to our water issue swiftly and were so helpful and understanding. We chose to have them do the repairs and couldn’t be happier. They were organized, professional and addressed all of our concerns. I would highly recommend them!
I started noticing tiny ants around the sink every morning, and they just kept multiplying. Technician Alex arrived exactly when scheduled and immediately identified where they were entering the house. He explained the treatment in a way that actually made sense. The service was efficient and didn't disrupt our day at all. After a few days, the ants completely disappeared. I really appreciated how professional and respectful he was. The office also checked in afterward to make sure everything was still going well. I couldn't ask for better service.

Great team! Last year they did a job landscaping the front of our home - and made it easy for us to call them back this month to fill and grade our pond. Very happy with the work and how easy the communication is to get/complete a job.
T&C did a fantastic job on our front landscaping. Jessica helped us come up with a great layout at a great price, and then her team executed! We've gotten great feedback from all of our neighbors and really couldn't be happier with the end product. I can't say enough good things about Sanci's Landscaping. We've used them for spring clean up and mulch and they've always done an excellent job. This year, we decided to change it up and go with Pocono River Stone, for lower maintenance and fewer weeds. The crew was professional, courteous, and very hard-working. The results are fabulous! They did a complete spring cleaning overhaul, clearing brush and debris, trimming bushes and hedges, then laid heavy duty weed fabric and the stones. The various colors of the stones really pop, and it gave our landscaping a fresh, clean look. We are very happy! We will continue to call on Sean and his crew for all of our landscaping needs. Highly recommend you do the same!

The owner responds to your call in very timely manner and will work with you for scheduling. Very reasonably priced! He was willing to cut 3 of my trees to length for a wood stove and chip my pine for mulch. Excellent job overall and great site cleanup.

Very pleasant and efficient experience at my first two visits. I don't feel that I was upsold anything I don't need. My doctor reached out later in the day to make sure everything was OK. I have more work to be done, and if it goes well, I may change my rating to a five star.
I have always been treated with respect and an abundance of kindness from every staff member in there. I will highly recommend them to anyone in search of a dentist practitioner. Five stars.

Dr Katz is an amazing holistic doctor, she helped me get better from a car accident to avoid surgery. She is referred by other doctors which says a lot to me. Very knowledgeable, multiple approaches offered, very through in technique. I moved away and hard to find anyone like her.
Dr. Hansen has helped me with several problems since I began seeing her a year ago. I can move now the same way I did when I was a young woman. She is caring and considerate and her appointments have always begun on time.
After an accident, I started seeing Dr Kim and Aris for physical therapy. My arm and shoulder were totally black and blue plus I had 2 fractured vertebrae in my lower back. I was in bad shape. Aris would greet me, and we would share some small talk. Dr Kim developed a plan to get my body back to the way it was before the accident. She showed me different exercises to increase the movement and flexibility. Later on, the exercises also included some dumbbells to improve my strength. She explained each process. She challenged and encouraged me. The healing was slow, but improvement was noticeable. I am very grateful to these ladies and would highly recommend their services.
friendly staff. dr crawford is wonderful. listens to what you have to say even if you sound like a nutty pet parent. never feel rushed. very thorough. my cats & dog go there. they always accommodate us w a room right away b/c my dog is unpredictable around other dogs. super kind & supportive when you suffer a loss.
Unfortunately we had to put our precious Labrador retriever Dakota down a few days before Christmas this year. Larkins were so very good to all of us especially Dakota. Everything was handled wonderfully the way they treated all of us from the moment we arrived to the very end of our dogs life. It was so very heart wrenching and devastating to all of us watching our precious dog die in front of us but it was also a wonderful service that we got from Larkin veterinarians. They are so very kind and sweet and they sent us a beautiful flower afterwards with their condolences for our beloved pet who had passed.

Everyone from the front office through technicians and doctors are great to work with at Willow Creek. My most recent visit is an example. It was easy to schedule an appointment for my dog Murphy and me. I was taken into a room on time. the technician arrived shortly after and Dr. Rice followed soon after that. Dr. Rice took time to discuss with me a treatment plan for Murphy. I feel very positive about our way forward and resolving Murphy’s issue.

Today was my first visit to Nicki's Cutz with my dog Timmy! I don't even know where to start. It was the most wonderful experience. Timmy has just had the best haircut he has had since we adopted him 6 years ago. His cut is so smooth and I love how she trimmed his face. I can't wait to bring him back for his next cut he is already scheduled!!
My puppy is very fidgety when it comes to touching his paws but she was amazing how she handled my puppy claws shes very professional and compassionate I am very pleased with her I will be continuing my services with her and my puppy gained a new friend I recommend her to anyone
Finally someone who understands big dog grooming and treats them like they are their own! Our Great Pyrenees (135lb), Maremma (110lb), and German Shepherd mix (55lb) love them so much, and so do we! They are all hard working, dedicated, conscience, and oh so sweet with our big fur babies.
The ladies at the pit stop take great care of the Mur. KING CHARLES CAVILER. They always make the little guy look so good after his haircut. Prices are reasonable and the cut is always to our liking. He usually comes home with a nice seasonal bandana or this pat cut he had a tie...looked so cool!!!

Courtney is amazing at what she does. She provides the most relaxing and satisfying facials. The warm bed is beyond comforting and relaxing as well. I highly recommend you give them a try!
If you want the deepest tissue massage you will ever have in your life, this is the place. If you want to calm and relaxing environment, this is not the place. Depending on what you're looking for this might be a gem or flop. Pretty big language barrier so if you have any sore spots or injuries make sure to communicate thoroughly.

John Sosh was the absolute best driving instructor! ? I think it was back in 2012 when he taught me and I got my license and I truly couldn’t have done it without him! I can’t say enough what a wonderful teacher he is! He was always so patient and kind and took the time to explain and show you everything! Every time someone compliments my parallel parking I always give all credit to John because I couldn’t have done any of it without him! Im so blessed my mom found him and can’t thank him enough for all of his help! ??
