I have been taking my dog here for years now. Great reception staff quick and easy to call and make appointments. Staff are animal lovers and always make me and Jax feel at home and in good hands. Thank you all.

The absolute best! When my dog Finn became suddenly ill a few months ago the doctors and nurses were quick to figure out what was wrong and gave us all the information for treatment. The doctors and staff have been nothing but patient, helpful, and informative throughout the whole process. The front desk staff is so nice, helpful, and provide great communication. While it is not cheap, no veterinary care is. They always provide a detailed itemized receipt and will answer any questions you have. Even when they are extremely busy they always find the time to call you and answer questions. I HIGHLY recommend this vet.

My furbabies and I love Dr. Achtel. He is so great with both our dogs. He actually gets on the floor with them and plays for a few moments. Plus, he gives advice or recommendations but doesn't insist on "extra" meds or procedures. He just tells you the facts and without judgment let's you decide for your pup. I'm not sure how they compare financially. We've only ever used this practice for the last 12 years or so. But in terms of pet care, I highly recommend Exeter Vet Hosp and especially Dr. Achtel!
