Had an amazing massage today!!! Tiffany was incredible! She starts of with dry massage amd then she adds oil and pressure. I loved how she started of gently pulling on my neck and base of my skull to release a lot of tension. Then the back! The way she tackled the muscles on either side of my spine was incredible. She also VERY gently stretched my spine and goodness that felt incredible!!!! The she pressed on my pelvis and my glutes! I've had many massages before and this is the first time that I can recall my pelvis being gently pressed on. She also worked on my legs and with all the weight I'm carrying, it felt awesome. Dr. Mazgaloff and the Chiro-Health team are excellent at what they do. I've been receiving acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments with them for many months, and I always leave feeling centered and comfortable in my body. Their practitioners work thoroughly yet efficiently, which I always appreciate. I've worked with many chiropractors over the years, and this is by far my favorite team. I can't recommend them enough!
