I had an appointment with Mike LaLa Electric through my AHS insurance. At first I gave them a 1 star review because I felt like my appointment was rushed and non-informative. As soon as Mike saw this review he called me to get my thoughts and opinions. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain what happened and why the service was done so quickly. I find his communication with his clients very professional and needed in a field like this one.
Honestly, the most communicative contractors I've ever dealt with, both the office & the contractor sent. Even sent a bilingual electrician to communicate with both me & my tenant. Will definitely be contacting them for service for my Electrical needs again! Thank you!Service: Electrical inspections
