We are extremely pleased with our new cupboards and the service that came with it. Patti was so helpful in the design and providing options that best worked out for us. Front office Erin, so pleasant to deal with. Then there are those who did the installation: Terry and his crew removed the old cupboards in no time at all and left absolutely no mess; Joel and his son spent the day installing the new cupboards, working non stop and doing an excellent job; Nick relocated a plug, installed the sink and the microwave leaving us with a beautiful kitchen. We had substantial water damage due to broken pipes. The Creative Flooring team is amazing. Joe went above and beyond to get it done as fast as possible so we could move back in. His work is fantastic. Having someone working in your house that you don’t know is always a little intimidating but Joe was fast friends. He is polite, respectful, and very kind. A big thank you to Joe for helping make our house feel brand new again!

I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue. The floors have been replaced completely, and the entire experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. I wish all businesses had this type of integrity and work ethic. I’d give them an infinite number of stars if I could. Highly recommend!!
