This is a wonderful, accepting community of folks!I have been coming on and off for 12-13 years. The teachers who are there now are really exceptional. I felt really comfortable coming back into my practice after a long hiatus. I usually go to the 9am class with Russ and it's a lovely, gentle way to start my day!
This place has truly changed my life. It is a second home to so many! If you haven’t tried Hot Yoga West Reading you are missing out. Come on by and take one of our Hot Yoga classes you will not be disappointed.It is so good for the mind & body.
Lovely studio nestled on a sweet spot in charming downtown West Reading. Adequate free parking, nice variety of classes and events, affordable rates, competent instructors who make helpful corrections, warm friendly folks are all good reasons to come here. It’s also the only hot yoga studio in Berks county offering Bikram style yoga 60, 75 and 90 mins which is the best detox form of yoga in my books.
