“I dropped off a brand new $600.00 wool suit at Supreme Cleaners that had a bowl of salad dressing spilled all down the front of the jacket and pants.I thought for sure the suit was ruined. NFL....Not for Long, when I went back to pickup the suit not only were all the stains removed, but the suit looked like it had just come off the rack. Outstanding work they do at Supreme Cleaners and at a very reasonable price!!!“

“In regards to a costume that was brought in for cleaning earlier this year. I brought it in and unfortunately when it was returned the costumes colors had run and damaged the white colored part of the costume. It was sent back and to my dismay, it could not be salvaged. Carla who works the Exeter store was so helpful that I knew the situation was in good hands. After realizing that it was a bit more for both of us to handle, she reached out to the office for guidance. It was at this point that Mickey Roeberg stepped in and started to communicate with me directly, even providing me with a line of direct contact to him....The owner of the company doing this for me ! After a few more attempts to remedy the problem with the costume we both gave up any hopes of fixing it. Mr. Roeberg stepped up to the plate and and handled the situation personally and provided me with the means of replacing the costume with a very good replacement. The staff, communication from Mr. Roeberg and the overall experience with your company will continue to keep me as a customer.
