Highly recommend Sarah. She was patient and took her time with me. I was a little nervous from a previous experience with another provider. She checked in with me thoughout. I was pile of noodles afterwards.

Had a session here and it was very good. She applied the right amount of pressure, asked all the right questions and paid attention to my needs. She (Sarah) I think :((shame on me) also does cupping and I had my first experience. You can also do a session of assisted stretching which I plan to use often.Overall I am very happy with my experience and look forward to another session.

I would highly recommend Sarah, she is a super caring and friendly person and definitely made me feel welcomed and relaxed! She really helped my back feel less tense and much looser with far less pain!
