Sean was pretty thorough in looking at our toilet, provided a reasonable estimate, and took the time to explain how he would fix it. He also came back a few days later reinstall our toilet after cement dried, which was not part of the original scope of work. Great people and great workers. I’ll absolutely use them again!

Earlier this summer, we had some HVAC issues, and Brittany and Griff were incredibly responsive and thorough. We also hired him to relocate our condenser so other contractors could complete work on the house and everything went seamlessly.“

Dan came out 20 minutes later and assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He sent Andy and Taleishka out to do the destruction and the reconstruction of the drywall. They did a beautiful job. Then they both commenced with the painting, which involved most of the downstairs because it was 1 contiguous ceiling. They gave it 2 coats.
There was no dirt or dust. They covered everything in plastic for the drywall work and the painting. All told they were in and out in 31/2 days. The care and quality of their work is unmatched and the friendly manner in which they did it, is just the cherry in the top. We started out with a disaster and they made it go away.
I will recommend MDM to anyone who'll listen.“
