Five stars is not enough for Jud Firestone Plumbing and their technician Sandher!!! He is absolutely fantastic—professional, polite, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly kind. He took time to explain everything and made the entire process pleasantly stress-free. It is so refreshing to find a company that truly values quality work and exceptional customer service. We HIGHLY recommend Jud Firestone Plumbing, and if you get Sandher, you’ll be in EXCELLENT hands!!!
I highly recommend Jud and his crew for any plumbing or remodel work. They did work in my bathroom, replacing the tub, floor, walls, and plumbing hardware, as well as painting. I couldn't be happier with their pricing and quality of work. They were here when they promised, each and every day. I will definately be calling on them for all my future plumbing needs.
Moved into a new home and initially had water heater problems. Other companies in the area tried to rip me off and lied to me. Judd Firestone was honest, actually looked inside of the water heater and tried to diagnose the problem instead of just going straight to water heater replacement. They were extremely responsive and professional and gave great prices. Thank you!
