I highly recommend Neon Moon. I had an amazing experience with Victoria. She is educated on all components of a tattoo and will make sure you get the best results. Not only is her work worth mentioning but she also has a vibrant personality which made my experience 10/10. I will go back to her for all my tattoos!

Neon Moon Tattoo is located in Flying Hills / Reading PA. It is owned and operated by Victoria Parisi Art. Victoria is a professional artist with a degree in art and illustration. She has been tattooing since May 2020 and specializes in colorful tattoos with favorite themes being whimsical, nature themed, pop culture, and illustrative tattoos. She also offers many other styles of tattoos. Victoria is known for incorporating watercolor and paint splash effects into her tattoo art. You can book online anytime by size. An appt. is always required in advance with a deposit unless you walk in to the shop to see if Victoria is available to fit you in on that same day. The shop minimum is $100. You must be 18+ to enter the shop or book an appt.
