In regards to a costume that was brought in for cleaning earlier this year. I brought it in and unfortunately when it was returned the costumes colors had run and damaged the white colored part of the costume. It was sent back and to my dismay, it could not be salvaged. Carla who works the Exeter store was so helpful that I knew the situation was in good hands. After realizing that it was a bit more for both of us to handle, she reached out to the office for guidance. National Cleaners customer services is by far the best in the business. Mickey and his team are quick to correct and address any mistakes made and make sure their customers know they are valued. I highly recommend their services.
