I had a pretty bad sewer backup in my basement. Gerard and his team did a fantastic job. Jabari, Jess, and Rosie really stuck out for me. Super nice, worked hard, and did everything they could to get everything cleaned up. They even loved on my chocolate lab Moose. I would highly recommend Gerard and his team to anyone. Very professional and seemed to care about me and my situation. Even tried to help me with my insurance company. Thank you thank you!!
I experienced significant water damage and didn’t know where to begin with clean-up and remediation. I called Service Master and they showed up to my house within 2 hours, late on a Friday night, to get started. They worked all night my then went home to get some rest and came back Saturday Sunday and Monday, working long hours to make sure all of the damage and any long term issues were mitigated. Gerard and his entire crew were extremely thorough, patient and respectful throughout the process. It was an awful situation, but Service Master was Great!
